iForce is the company that stands behind HemaVol, a new pre workout supplement, however, the company doesn't actually call it this way. They say it is a Plasma Volumizer. But in reality, this is basically the same. The product uses the power of nitric oxide, a substance that is responsible for providing vasodilation. You are promised to get more energy and great pumps, and to enjoy more productive workouts. These claims can be found on the official company's website where it also sells some other products of the kind. Their website, however, leaves much to be desired, because it contains completely no information about the supplement's ingredients. It only makes loud claims about how great the product is. But there is even no clinical evidence to prove those claims.

HemaVol was specifically created to promote muscle pumps and myofibrillar plasma volumization. It is said to use a revolutionary hemodynamic technology, but the manufacturer doesn't bother to explain what these three clever words mean. What we know is that the product seems to increase the production of Nitric Oxide in the human body. So, let's have a look at the ingredients used in HemaVol!

Ingredients of HemaVol - Does It Really Work? Is It a Scam?

One serving size is five caplets. It is too much, to my mind. One container contains 32 servings. One serving contains Niacin 25mg, Hemodynamix Matrix Agmatine Sulfate 500mg, Vitamin B12 (As Methylcobalamin) 2.5mg, Citrulline Malate 2500mg, Norvaline 125mg, Glycerol Monostearate 1000mg, Vasodilation Support Matrix Proprietary Blend 250mg: Vitamin C (As Ascorbic Acid),L -Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine, Rutacaerpine, Epimedium (20%). Other ingredients in the product include Magnesium Stearate and Gelatin.

Niacin is the main ingredient in HemaVol. It is said to have a positive effect on blood circulation. You may have heard of the "niacin flush". It means that one can get a rush of blood to the face after taking it. Niacin is also known as nicotinic acid or B vitamin (vitamin B3). It can be naturally found in plants, animals, foods and vitamin supplements. It is used to lower cholesterol and triglycerides, as well as to treat a lack of natural niacin in the body. It may decrease the risk of heart attack and to be beneficial for patients with a coronary artery disease. Website drugs.com does not state any other uses of Niacin, especially in the field of physical performance or muscle growth.

This medication should not be taken by people who are allergic to niacin, or have a stomach ulcer, severe liver disease, or active bleeding. Niacin can lead to such side effects as flushing (itching, warmth, redness, or tingling under your skin). You can worsen your own state by drinking alcohol or hot beverages. If these effects don't disappear over time, stop taking the medication and consult your doctor. Don't get up too fast from a sitting or lying position, or you may suddenly feel dizzy. To prevent dizziness or falling down, you are advised to get up slowly and steady.

Avoid taking cholestyramine (Prevalite, Locholest, Questran) or colestipol (Colestid) together with niacin. You should take either of these medications at least 4 to 6 hours before or after you take the other one. Niacin cannot be effective on its own, it should be used in combination with a certain diet, exercise program, weight control regime, and maybe some other medications. Follow all recommendations of your healthcare provider thoroughly.

Another ingredient in HemaVol is Vitamin B12 that is said to boost energy levels, however, it is not effective by itself. Besides, it is used in a very low dosage. Agmatine Sulfate is another component, it is actually a form of Arginine. The latter is known to be a precursor to nitric oxide, however, it is not studied well enough. Glycerol Monostearate is a chemical which is added into the formula to improve the effects of other components.

Citrulline Malate is an amino acid that is meant to delay fatigue during workouts. Epimedium is an herbal ingredient that works to increase the levels of nitric oxide in the blood, just like L-Arginine. Norvaline is a BCAA that is also responsible for the presence of nitric oxide in the human blood.

Customer Reviews - Does It Have Any Side Effects?

The manufacturer of HemaVol decided not to inform their potential users of possible side effects associated with the use of this product. But if you study its ingredient list attentively, you will see that the supplement contains artificial or chemical ingredients. It is the first sigh that the product can be dangerous and harmful for health.

Commonly reported side effects of HemaVol include nausea, pruritus, and flushing. Other side effects that may occur include vomiting and skin rash. Less common side effects may include darkening of urine, loss of appetite, light gray-colored stools, yellow eyes or skin, severe stomach pain. If you notice some minor side effects, there is a chance that they will disappear in a few days. But if they worsen you are recommended to talk to your health care provider. The professional may be able to help you reduce these side effects. You may also need to stop using the supplement completely.

Less common side effects may include abdominal or stomach pain, diarrhea, cough, feeling of warmth, headache, flushing or redness of the skin, nausea or vomiting, runny or stuffy nose, rash or itching, sneezing, dizziness or faintness, fever, dryness of the skin, frequent urination, muscle aching or cramping, joint pain, side, lower back, swelling of the feet or lower legs, stomach pain, unusual thirst, irregular heartbeat, unusual tiredness. Here are some of the real users' testimonials.

"The taste of HemaVol is absolutely awful, however, this stuff seems to work. I always feel very nauseous after I take this supplement. Because of its terrible taste, I will not repurchase it."

"The flavor of Hema Vol is not very pleasant but my expectation is much worse. When I was ordering this product, I was looking for a non-stim pre workout to improve my focus and energy. But I feel nothing at all despite I have been using the item for a significant amount of time."

"I don't believe the ratings of the product on its official website. Hemavol doesn't do anything at all. It tastes like bad Kool-Aid. I took it 30min before my workout, but I felt the same as usual. Don't waste your money."

Where To Buy HemaVol?

The supplement is available on a number of retail stores - GNC, Walmart. The cost may vary depending on the place of buying. 160 caplets of HemaVol can be bought for $23 on amazon.com.

My Final Summary

I cannot recommend HemaVol to usage because it has a lot of disadvantages. The product doesn't work for most users, as it can be understood from the testimonials of people who have already tried it. It can be harmful due to the number of side effects it may cause. I would advise you looking for a more effective pre-workout supplement on the market.
